Refund Policy
Last updated: 1 March 2026
1. Free Trial
All RightHold plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial period you have full access to the features included in your chosen plan. No payment is taken until the trial ends, so no refund is necessary if you decide not to continue. You can cancel at any time during your trial and will not be charged.
2. Annual Plans
If you are on an annual billing plan and wish to cancel, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund provided you request cancellation within 30 days of your most recent payment date. The refund will be calculated based on the number of full, unused months remaining on your annual subscription. After the 30-day window, annual plans are non-refundable but you will retain access to the platform until the end of your paid billing period.
3. Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly plan at any time and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team at support@righthold.co.uk with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 working days.
5. UK Consumer Rights
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase (the "cooling-off period"). If you have expressly consented to the service beginning during the cooling-off period, you may still cancel but any refund may be reduced to reflect the service already provided.
For further information on your consumer rights, visit the Citizens Advice website.
